Now that I know it isnt an issue, if I don't get any more information on that, I'll just do that. Maybe those were only quest native games. Since I'm new to quest, I don't know how common that was. Some other posts here alluded to issues with both legit and pirated. Maybe not many people play FS2020 and the information isnt out there.
That's the main reason I made this thread. It would be preferred to know if there was a specific version that worked best for everyone. FS is pretty large, I don't know how cleanly everything uninstalls if I switch to try another. The other reply thread at least partially answered telling my the minimum version. My primary question was related to which torrent repack version works best for VR. Sure, the game pass trial would at least let me try other games pretty easily to see if I liked them so maybe I will try it out. I wasn't trying to reject yours or anyone's opinion, I was just trying to expand the reasoning of my question in order to clarify the information I was specifically looking for. Just because you don't understand my logic, it doesnt mean I'm rejecting your opinion.

The one before the latest one looks like "Sim Update VI" from 10/19/21. What kind of issues to you encounter with this release vs the the latest one? And how did purchasing the game resolve the issue? Does the version from the russian forum have other bugs outside of ones inherent to the game?
It mentions it is now compatible with "VR controllers on PC". The latest update looks like "Sim Update VII" from 11/18/21. (I don't know if this included support for the quest, if I recall, in the beginning they only supported a limited number of headsets but I seem to recall seeing videos of people using quest 2 with FS2020 back in January). I've been going by this list/Patch_notes) and the numbering looks different.īased on their numbering, "Sim Update II" from 12/8/20 originally added VR.
